This chili is delicious and it can’t get any easier.

Easy Bean Chili

Serves 4 + leftovers

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 3 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 onion small onion: chopped
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 28 oz diced tomatoes 
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • salt and pepper 
  • 15.5 black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 15.5 navy beans, drained and rinsed
  • 3 drops grounding elixir (optional)

Directions:

  1. Over medium low heat (in a pan with some olive oil) saute onions, carrots, celery, pepper 5-7 minutes
  2. Add garlic and spices for 30 seconds
  3. Stir in tomatoes and beans
  4. Add in three drops of grounding elixir, if using 
  5. Lower heat and add beans, cook for 15 minutes until thickened *Add water to thin it out if you prefer*
