Green Beans and Tomatoes
Try this easy and yummy summer dish! Supports the Root and Heart Chakras
1 lb green beans: ends chopped off and cut to bite size
1/2 pint of cherry tomatoes sliced in half
2 tbs slivered almonds
1 tbs olive oil
salt and pepper
- Steam green beans in a pot for ten minutes so they are soft but still have a crisp bite. Drain and place in bowl.
- Add in remaining ingredients and stir.
