Green Beans and Tomatoes

Try this easy and yummy summer dish! Supports the Root and Heart Chakras

 

Ingredients:

1 lb green beans: ends chopped off and cut to bite size

1/2 pint of cherry tomatoes sliced in half

2 tbs slivered almonds

1 tbs olive oil

1/2 lemon

salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Steam green beans in a pot for ten minutes so they are soft but still have a crisp bite. Drain and place in bowl.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients and stir.
