My goal is to help you achieve your goals through wellness, spiritual and dietary lifestyle changes.

But what does that mean?

As a holistic life coach, I will look at the whole you and we will dig deep to reach your goals, desires and dreams. I want you to get out of life what is important to you and I will give you the tools to know how to do it!

I’m not a counselor, so I’m not interested in your past. I want to know what you can do in your future.

If you want to lose weight, fall in love with yourself, find your inner-self, or reach a goal you always wanted, then I am the girl for you. I work with strong and amazing women who would like a partner for their path.

Who needs a coach?

You. They. Me. Everyone needs a coach, a mentor. “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.” Albert Einstein. Coaching helps open new paths and doors that you may have not seem before. We need to keep evolving our thoughts, dreams and goals.

What’s the difference between a life coach and a holistic life coach?

I take on practices that use alternative medicine methods such as touch, reiki and meditation. I also use a mind-body connection to strengthen the communication between your mind and body.

I also discuss manifesting and The Law of Attraction.

How many sessions will I need?

That depends upon you. I want you to see action and/or progress when we talk, so it’s not a “this is my life story” conversation but a results and progress conversation. It all depends upon where you are and the work you are ready to do for change.

What happens if I see results before we use all the Holistic Coaching sessions?

This is quite possible and there is a no refund policy, however you have one of two options:

  1. You can bank them for a later use.
  2. You can donate your sessions to a friend who may not be able to afford sessions.

Are there clients you won’t take on?

Yes. I won’t work with clients who are suffering from mental disorders or have relationship problems. I’m not qualified and my interest is in personal growth.
