Stop worrying about your overactive chakra. Focus on your belief within the chakra.

You will never make it to Hay House your first book,” my friend told me. “Why not?” I retorted. “Nobody makes it to Hay House on their first book, Amber!” she replied.

I searched all throughout my body for a response waiting for something inside me to tell me otherwise. But it didn’t.

Thank goodness, I don’t have that belief within me!” I smirked happily!

This was just ONE of the incidents which directed me to inquire my belief system.

What I realized in elementary school, still holds true today:

Experiences change people but not all people will have the same outcome even though they had the same experience.

So why are some people hard as nails and others soft? Why can two people riding a roller coaster have two different reactions? Why can two people think of being a publisher and have different outcomes? The answer is in our belief system.

Our beliefs are assumptions that we THINK or BELIEVE to be true, but they may not be true. It’s our brain’s way of making sense of the world we live in.

You may have had a relationship where your partner cheated on you and therefore you may mistrust new partners. You may have had an experience of betrayal and your belief created was “never to trust anyone again.”

But how do you identify WHAT these belief systems really are. We create and make many of these beliefs in our childhood. They are from our child minds and not processed like an adult. In fact, we make many promises to ourselves in childhood.

I was clearing my room out last week and stumbled across my journal from 7th grade. I sat down to read it and found out that I wanted to be an author. I was 12 years old. I long forgot that this belief that I would become an author was ever created back then, I just assumed it was my current desire speaking. When I found out that it was from my 12 years old self, I had to laugh. I couldn’t believe that I set the intention to be an author so long ago. No wonder I believe it’s something I need to do!

Now let’s connect your belief system with your chakra system.

As an energy healer, I have always created these beautiful artworks of what I call, “gingerbread” women/men. They are really an outline of a person however my artwork is terrible and it looked like I create gingerbread people, but nonetheless, they work. Inside I write down the chakras with their status and flow of energy. This information is priceless.

However, I didn’t know how to tap into their chakras more. I am amazing at clearing energy but my clients wanted more of what they could do. What is their next step? How can they reset themselves? This is when I found out that their belief system was not serving them as it once had.

Look, when we are children, we create belief systems that work for us at that time. For example, I believed in Santa Claus however I was crushed when I found out he wasn’t “real.” Some children take the news very well, me, not so much. Instead I believed that my parents were obviously liars. From my view, I couldn’t trust them and their words anymore. I decided that I had to question everything my parents said because they lied to me. It was a traumatic experience for me to say the least and imbalanced my root chakra! I hope you see that this was my own belief I created. It wasn’t a fact that my parents are liars, but through my child like eyes I believed that if someone lied to me once, it must make them liars. Especially about the BIG things 😉 For me to undo this hurt, I had to do some inner child work and release the belief.

One of my clients had an overactive solar plexus chakra because she was an overachiever. She believed that her brother was better than her so she competed with him daily. She brought home all the achievements yet he always received the attention. Instead of saying, “you have an overactive chakra work on your self-esteem” we identified the belief her subconscious held. Her belief was, “I’m not loved” and “my brother loves me more.”

By looking at the beliefs you hold within your chakras, you will be able to align to your Highest Potential.

Another client has seen me for months and she always has her throat chakra imbalanced. I tapped into her subconscious and we revealed that she had a belief system that she is never heard. She recalled being at the table with her father and not being able to speak until he was done. When he was finished speaking about his day, dinner was over. Nobody ever spoke at the table but listened to his stories.

The first step is to look at your chakras. Identify the ones that need some help.

The second step is to identify the belief.

The third step is to clear the outdated belief and update it with something better.

To help my clients better, I decided to include this part of the Chakra Transformation Membership. My goal is to create a Facebook support group to assist each other and to free our outdated beliefs.

In this online membership, you will be taught how to identify beliefs within each chakra, clear them and activate new ones. Yes, there are crystals to assist you too.

If you want more information, click here.

I encourage you to be true to yourself. When you are ready to walk this path, you will undertake many false beliefs that you have created for yourself. Outdated, old, smelly energy that lingers in your field. Take off the rose colored glasses and see the TRUTH because only then will the truth set you free.

Many blessings,

Amber
