There’s no excuse not to eat healthy at work, especially when this salad has four main ingredients! Its a quick grab-and-go kind of thing. Cut your apple up at work and put the arugula, pecans and dried cherries in a mason jar. The salad dressing is a quick squeeze of lemon, salt and pepper with a drizzle of oil oil. You could put the dressing in a container too. Easy peasy darling!
